How is the challenge run?

The challenge will take place inside a private Facebook group, it’s a safe, supportive space just for the women taking part. Only people inside the challenge can see your posts, comments, or questions. No one else on your Facebook friends list will see what you share. This is your space to learn, connect, and get support without any judgement.

How much time will I need to commit each day?

I get it, you’re busy!

That’s why this challenge is designed to fit into your day without adding stress. You’ll need around 10-15 minutes a day to check in, watch the short daily video, and complete your mini task. This isn’t about overloading you, it’s about giving you simple, effective steps that fit into real life.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?

Nope! And that’s intentional. Strict meal plans rarely work long-term (especially when you’ve got a life to live). I don’t know what you like to eat, what your family enjoys, or what allergies or preferences you have. Instead, I’ll show you how to make progress with the foods you already enjoy by creating small, smart changes and learning how to eat in a slight calorie deficit without feeling restricted.

Do I need to sign up for a gym membership or buy any equipment?

Absolutely not! This challenge is about moving your body in ways that feel good to you. No gym membership or fancy equipment required unless you already have it and enjoy it. Walks, home workouts, dancing in your kitchen… it all counts.

How much weight can I expect to lose in 4 days?

This challenge isn’t about unrealistic promises or magic numbers. It’s about kickstarting your weight loss in a sustainable, maintainable way so you can keep going long after these 4 days are over. You’ll leave with clarity and momentum, which is far more powerful than a short-term drop on the scales.

Will I be able to continue what I’ve learned after the challenge ends?

Hi, I'm Tija,

A Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and Fitness Accountability Coach (one of the first CPD accredited ones), I know the struggles of fat loss after 40, because I’ve lived it.

I was always active, but after 40, the weight crept in, especially around my midsection. I tried what worked before - eating less, exercising more, even running (which I hate) - but nothing worked!
