Hi, I'm Tija,

As a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and Fitness Accountability Coach (one of the first CPD accredited ones), I know the struggles of fat loss after 40, because I’ve lived it.

I was always active, but after 40, the weight crept in, especially around my midsection. I tried what worked before - eating less, exercising more, even running (which I hate) - but nothing worked!

Frustrated, I dove deep, earning my menopause coaching certification and learning why traditional methods fail women over 40. But knowledge alone wasn’t enough—I needed accountability, the one method proven to boost success rates to 95%.
