Accountability only works if it's consistent. That’s why we’ll have daily check-ins, six days a week. You’ll share your plan, how your day is going, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll be right there to guide, encourage-because having someone in your corner makes all the difference.

Flexible Food Plan – no restrictions, just smarter choices

Forget meal plans that tell you what you must eat. In TRANSFORM 40+, you choose your meals based on what you love and what fits your lifestyle - as long as it aligns with your personalised calorie deficit. I’ll help you figure out the right range for your goals and guide you on the nutrients your body truly needs in perimenopause and post-menopause. No food is off-limits - it’s all about balance, not restriction.

Water – the game changer

Water plays a huge role in fat loss, digestion, energy, and overall well-being, especially as our bodies change. Together, we’ll set a realistic daily water goal that works for you. Small habits like this add up to big results.

Movement – you pick what feels good

Exercise should never feel like a punishment. That’s why you get to choose your own 30-minute daily activity -whether that’s a walk, yoga, Pilates, strength training, or dancing in your living room. It’s about movement you enjoy, so it’s something you actually stick with.

Steps – the most underrated fat loss tool

One of the most effective ways to support fat loss? Moving more throughout the day. We’ll work together to set a realistic daily step goal that fits into your lifestyle. Your step target will be personalised to you -no arbitrary “10K steps” just because it sounds good. Increasing your daily steps will support your fat loss more than anything else (apart from your calorie deficit).
