What's included in your 1:1 coaching?

  • 30-minute onboarding video call - we’ll dive into your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask any questions so you feel confident starting your journey.

  • Support with your perimenopause, menopause or post menopause questions. I'm a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist so please ask away, there are no taboos in my book.

  • Bespoke daily & weekly calorie range - forget one-size-fits-all meal plans. We’ll set a calorie range that works for you, focusing on a small, sustainable deficit that promotes fat loss without feeling restrictive.

  • Personalised daily step count - we’ll calculate what works for you—no cookie-cutter 10k steps here.

  • Daily check-ins (6 days a week)- I’ll be there, cheering you on, troubleshooting challenges, and making sure you stay on track.

  • Progress video call after 4 weeks - to review your wins, adjust your plan if needed, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

  • Guidance on protein, fibre & water intake - while you’re always in control of what you eat, I’ll provide tips and guidance on how to balance your meals with the nutrients your body needs. We’ll also set a water intake goal (because, yes, water really is that important!).

  • 4-week package (£500), 8-week package (£800) or 12-week package (£1100) - you choose!
