What is Group Coaching?

Group Coaching offers the same powerful structure and accountability as 1:1 coaching - but in a supportive community of like-minded women who are on the same journey as you.

It’s perfect if you want guidance, daily accountability, and expert coaching while also gaining the encouragement and camaraderie of a small group that gets it.

Because let’s face it - weight loss is easier (and way more fun) when you’re not doing it alone!

What's included in Group Coaching?

  • Daily check-ins (6 days a week) - the heart of group coaching! Each day, you’ll check in with me and your group inside a private WhatsApp chat. Share your wins, struggles, questions, and progress.

  • Bespoke daily & weekly calorie range - just like in 1:1 coaching, we’ll set your personalised calorie deficit - nothing restrictive or extreme, just a plan that works for your lifestyle and supports sustainable fat loss.

  • Personalised daily step count - we’ll calculate a daily step goal tailored specifically for you. Steps are a key part of your fat loss success, and this goal will help you progress.

  • Support with your perimenopause, menopause or post menopause questions. I'm a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist so please ask away, there are no taboos in my book.

  • Guidance on protein, fibre & water intake - I’ll provide tips and guidance on how to balance your meals with the nutrients your body needs to help you make informed decisions -without restricting what you love. We’ll also set a daily water goal because (say it with me) water is everything.

  • Progress check-in after 4 weeks - to review your wins, adjust your plan if needed, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

  • Run in 4 week intervals - cost for 4 weeks £250
