What is Fitness Accountability Coaching?

TRANSFORM 40+ is a unique fitness program based on a personal relationship between you and me. I will check in with your workouts and hold you accountable for your choices EVERY SINGLE DAY. We can all find a good workout program or join a gym or buy a new healthy eating cookbook, but those things will not work unless you implement them consistently every day. This is one of the first accredited fitness accountability services in the country, dedicated to helping you manage your day-to-day choices and making sure you stay on track to reach your health and fitness goals.

Why do I need a Fitness Accountability Coach?

Knowing what to do isn’t always the problem - it's actually doing it! Because trying to change your life for the better is HARD and you shouldn't have to do it on your own. Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is a powerful tool for committing and creating consistency with a new routine. You won't believe the difference it makes when you know someone else is checking in with your choices every day and that you have a dedicated support system at the touch of a button. To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it.  Unfortunately, not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.

Do I need to be 40 years +?

Not at all! Accountability coaching is perfect for any age as you're building life long habits that will serve you in the long term. Remember, this is a journey, not a quick fix and, although, you can expect to lose up 1% of your weight a week if you follow the program, life happens, different bodies respond to weight loss differently and at a different rate. It's all about the balance. It's a long term game where those weeks add up and you get closer to your end goal.

Do I have to live in the UK?

I currently accept clients in the UK and Europe.  Whilst I would love to work with women from all over the world, to help you stay accountable I need to be in a similar time zone to you​.

How long will I need to stay on the program?

Clients should expect to spend 1-3 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, without coaching as soon as possible. There is also an option of joining two week challenges that will run at different times in the year.

What can I expect from my 1 to 1 or Group Coaching if I sign up?

As your coach, it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit.  I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day.  You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back on track as quickly as possible. 

What kind of contact will I have with my Coach?

After the initial on-boarding ( a video call for 1:1 coaching), the program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). At the start of week 4, which is the progress week, we'll discuss how you think you're progressing. Video calls aren't mandatory, but I love building a personal relationship, especially at the start so that I have all the required information to support you in the best way possible.

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. I'm a certified Menopause Coach as well, which means I can guide you through food groups and how much of each nutrients is recommended to consume on daily basis (should you wish for this information).

What type of exercise will I need to do?

I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it.  All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 minutes, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be a more intensive activity like strength training (a great option to maintain and build muscle mass, which we're losing at a rapid rate after turning 40). This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that you continue to improve as you progress through the weeks.

What if I have an injury?

As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.

Do I need special tech?

Not at all! All our communication will be done via WhatsApp or private Facebook group if you're joining the two week challenge.
